UVC Module Process
The package is tightly bonded to the substrate in a high temperature environment in the reflow soldering equipment. During this process, nitrogen is filled and blown to the cavity to protect the package and solder paste to avoid oxidation.
Assemble the package, chips, power supply and other components through manual production lines, and combine the package and accessories into modules with specific functions such as static water, dynamic water, and air.
After the module is lit, it undergoes repeated tests in various simulated environments, such as normal temperature, high temperature, humidity, and water bubble tests, in order to obtain performance data under various conditions.
High Temperature Test
The module has been repeatedly tested in a laboratory high temperature box to simulate a high temperature environment, and various performance data of the module under this condition have been obtained.
The module products that are tested normally are sealed and stored and put into the warehouse after the packer is vacuumed, nitrogen is added, and then vacuumed.
